Beads Baltic Amber necklace

Necklace measuring 65 cm and made up of resin of Amber reconstituted in pearls and various colors.
The size of the pearls goes from 8mm to 18mm.
Amber is the fossilized resin of the pines (pinus will succinifera) which existed 50 million years ago, during the Eocene (beginning of the tertiary era).
Largest Amber dépot of the world is located in Samland (old Prussia Orientale).
Hardness on the MOHS scale of hardness: 2-2.5. Density: 1.05-1.09.
